Our client, with international business experience, is establishing a branch in Lithuania, focused on lithium-ion battery collection and recycling. The newly formed Commercial Department will play a pivotal role in developing business relationships with international feedstock suppliers, primarily comprising foreign organizations such as battery manufacturers, EV and e-devices producers, local recyclers, and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) organizations. Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, coach, and support a Commercial team.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with your team to create and implement a sales strategy for the designated areas.
Goal Setting: Develop short-term and long-term KPIs for your team and assist them in achieving these objectives.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends, customer needs, contract terms, and profitability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key customers, ensuring a sustainable sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients and partners, manage negotiations, prepare offers, and facilitate contract signings.
Problem Solving: Address various challenges related to international customer relations, contract profitability, team performance, and more.
International B2B Experience: Demonstrated expertise in international B2B sales and/or business development.
Team Leadership: Proven track record in team management, development, and mentoring.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
