Head of Commercial Department (Batteries)

Our client, with international business experience, is establishing a branch in Lithuania, focused on lithium-ion battery collection and recycling. The newly formed Commercial Department will play a pivotal role in developing business relationships with international feedstock suppliers, primarily comprising foreign organizations such as battery manufacturers, EV and e-devices producers, local recyclers, and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) organizations. We are seeking an individual who can effectively lead and shape this department, strategically driving its success. Job Opportunity in Vilnius or Kaunas.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, coach, and support a Commercial team.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with your team to create and implement a sales strategy for the designated areas.
• Goal Setting: Develop short-term and long-term KPIs for your team and assist them in achieving these objectives.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends, customer needs, contract terms, and profitability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key customers, ensuring a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients and partners, manage negotiations, prepare offers, and facilitate contract signings.
• Problem Solving: Address various challenges related to international customer relations, contract profitability, team performance, and more.
