IT support specialist

Job description
  • Providing technical support for Windows operating systems;
  • Resolving issues via phone and other communication channels;
  • 90% of the working time is spent using TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
  • Documenting frequently recurring issues/solutions and best practices in the Wiki system.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of computer networks;
  • Education in IT (higher or advanced degree);
  • Understanding of IMAP/POP3/SMTP protocols;
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook/Thunderbird configuration);
  • Good English language skills;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (constant communication with company employees);
  • Ability to independently solve problems and find answers using Google;
  • Considered advantages:
  • Ability to work with the macOS operating system;
  • Basic PowerShell skills.
