Job description:
Organization of groupage cargo transportation using own and subcontracted transport (searching for transport, calculating transportation costs, planning routes: Lithuania-Europe-Lithuania).
Sales of transport services to business clients.
Maintaining relationships with business clients and direct customers.
Assisting drivers during their journey.
Management and control of cargo transportation progress.
Consulting colleagues from other transport departments and assisting in carrying out joint tasks.
Requirements
Work experience in groupage cargo route planning;
Good command of English and Russian is required (other foreign languages are an advantage);
Quick learning ability, fast adaptability, responsibility, and a desire to improve;
Experience with transport freight exchanges.
