The recruitment agency IPRA LT is looking for a Sales Manager Assistant for its client in Kaunas!

We invite an active, independent, and responsible person to join the team — someone who is ready to grow and learn!

What will you do?

Coordinate sales processes.
Enter data into the internal system.
Maintain and update client information.
Prepare documents and provide information to responsible parties.
Carry out tasks delegated by the manager.

Requirements

You are independent and responsible.
You have organizational skills.
You can work in a team, but also take initiative on your own.
You understand the meaning of deadlines and enjoy keeping things in order.
English and Lithuanian language is a must — you will communicate with international partners and use it in your daily work.

The company offers

During the probation period: €1200–€1400 net (after taxes).
After the probation period: from €1500 net + performance-based bonuses.
Initially, work will be conducted on-site at the office during the training period. Later, there will be an opportunity to work partially remotely.
Work location: Kaunas city.
