We are currently looking for a Data Analyst and an IT Project Manager to join the Data Management Department of our IT Division. In this role, you will be responsible not only for data processing, quality assurance, and the development of analytical tools, as well as implementing best practices in data management, but also for project management and execution.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize data models and ETL processes
Develop reports and dashboards (working with Qlik Sense)
Ensure data quality and reliability by creating and implementing control mechanisms
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document implemented projects and prepare user guides
Manage and plan data analytics projects
Mentor in various data-related areas and implement best practices in data management
Requirements
Experience in data analysis and developing business solutions
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar)
Strong analytical skills, ability to collect information, analyze it, summarize, and present conclusions and recommendations
Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries, optimization)
Strong collaboration skills, ability to clearly communicate complex information to different audience levels, experience managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating large-scale data projects
Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA is an advantage)
Experience with ERP systems and understanding of ERP processes would be an advantage
A higher university degree in IT/Management/Analytics would be an advantage
