Business Controller Baltics

IPRA LT Client, an Italian manufacturing company, is inviting a Financial Controller to join their team to work with Lithuanian and Latvian markets.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial and operational reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the implementation of new processes and software solutions.

Job description:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance
  sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
• Manage, control and process monthly management reporting (sales, CCN, NFP) ensuring the arrival of final results from all production plants of the Baltic region within the defined deadlines;
• Conduct analysis on both financial and operational kpi and provide insightful reports to senior management to support decision-making;
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions as needed;
• Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and software to improve reporting and data management;
• Analysis and control of inventory data;
• Supporting management in the implementation of analytical accounting by cost center and setting up the income statement by Plant;
• Determines of production costs and calculation of margins by job order on the company's management system;
• Analysis of variances in actual production costs and preparation of periodic reports for submission to management with in-depth analysis of causes;
• Supporting the Business Controller of the Headquarter and the Group CFO in the preparation of the Financial Budget/Forecast and Strategic Plan;
• Possibility in the future to manage a team.
