We are looking for a responsible and structured individual to take on the development of an electronics raw materials purchasing unit and coordinate its daily operations in Morocco.
This role has a strong operational and organizational focus – less emphasis on active supplier sourcing and more on efficient warehouse management, process supervision, and team coordination.
Location: Morocco (on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and developing electronics raw materials purchasing operations.
Coordinating daily warehouse activities: task allocation, process supervision, and ensuring efficiency.
Controlling the purchasing process: receiving, sorting, and checking the quality and quantity of materials.
Implementing pricing and purchasing decisions according to established guidelines.
Coordinating logistics processes and preparing goods for export.
Handling administrative tasks: data entry, report preparation, and working with CRM systems.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Improving processes and providing suggestions for operational efficiency.
Requirements
Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
French language – a strong advantage.
Category B driver’s license.
Ability to organize work, assign tasks, and ensure their execution.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
Experience in warehouse, production, or operations management – a strong advantage.
Experience in electronics or raw materials purchasing – an advantage.
