We invite a Laboratory Assistant to join the UAB “Metralis” team.
We are looking for a colleague who would be interested in working with sample preparation. No prior experience is required – we provide full training. However, an educational background in chemistry would be considered a significant advantage.
Job Description:
Preparation of electronics samples: weighing samples, separating components, crushing, grinding, melting in high-temperature furnaces, and cupellation;
Preparation of ceramics and precious metal samples: weighing samples, grinding, mixing reagents, melting in high-temperature furnaces, and cupellation;
Sample administration and documentation tasks.
Requirements
Work experience and/or education in the field of chemistry would be considered a strong advantage;
You are hardworking, responsible, and physically fit;
Basic computer skills;
Knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages;
Ability to work in a team.
