Ensure the effective operation of the Secondary Raw Materials Procurement Division, coordinate daily activities and tasks, and optimize processes to achieve maximum operational efficiency;
Actively seek new business opportunities and suppliers, analyze market trends and competitors' activities, identify potential partners, and develop long-term collaborative relationships;
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement division strategies, set long-term goals and action plans, and monitor and evaluate their successful execution;
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms, establish pricing policies and conditions, and ensure long-term and stable supply;
Manage and develop the subordinate team, organize training sessions, promote their professional growth, and encourage engagement in the company’s operations.
Requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and face challenges with confidence;
Leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage a team (considered a strong advantage);
Experience in business development and negotiations would be a significant asset;
Good command of the English language.
