Mineral Procurement Manager

Job description
  • Mineral purchasing management and execution, including supply chain management and efficiency assurance.
  • Negotiating commercially with suppliers and customers to obtain favourable terms for acquisition deals;
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and actively searching for new clients.
  • Business development and strategic planning to improve the company's performance indicators.
  • Delegating and coordinating tasks to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Control of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth movement and accounting of goods.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of French would be considered a significant advantage;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Responsibility and ability to delegate tasks;
  • Ability to travel for long-term work;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with leadership experience.
