Ensure the security and escort of cargo transportation within the African region, effectively managing risks and adhering to established security protocols;
Perform accurate and timely documentation processes, ensuring all required documents are completed in accordance with regulations;
Administer data entry into internal company systems, maintaining accuracy and relevance of the information;
Analyze security and operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and safety;
Collaborate with local and international partners, ensuring smooth communication in line with company standards.
Requirements
Good command of English (ability to communicate clearly and effectively in an international environment);
Ability to perform tasks with precision, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy;
Strong communication skills with both local and international partners, with the ability to build constructive cooperation;
Ability to independently analyze situations, identify risks, and make prompt decisions;
Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage.
