Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and strategically minded professional to join our team in Madagascar. You will be responsible for overseeing department operations, controlling processes, and managing the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.

We work with secondary raw materials: catalysts, electronic scrap, and non-ferrous metals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organizing, supervising, and controlling department operations.
• Managing warehouse processes (receiving, storage, movement, preparation).
• Overseeing inventory, stock levels, and accounting processes.
• Developing clear procedures and systems, and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinating team activities, assigning responsibilities, and providing feedback.
• Making operational and strategic decisions in daily and non-standard situations.
• Collaborating with other departments and clients to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitoring and continuously improving department efficiency.
