Location: Antananarivo, Madagascar (remote work not available).
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse and process management. The role involves working with secondary raw materials, including catalysts, electronic scrap, and non-ferrous metals.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for organizing warehouse operations and overseeing daily processes – from receiving, handling, and storing materials to inventory control and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
You will coordinate the team’s work, contribute to creating clear processes, and ensure smooth collaboration with other departments.
This position requires accountability for results, initiative, and the ability to see processes beyond daily tasks.
Requirements
Motivation, responsibility, and willingness to learn are essential.
Experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations is a plus but not required. If you have organizational skills and a desire to understand processes, we will provide support to help you learn the specifics of our operations.
Clear communication skills, decision-making ability, and the capacity to work independently are expected.
Excellent English skills are required (French is a plus).
