Job description:

  • Creation, management and optimisation of advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads and TikTok
    platforms;
  • Quality development and management of the Group's content communication on social networks (Facebook, Linkedin,
    Instagram), website management and administration;
  • Keyword research, target audience identification and segmentation;
  • Monitoring and analysing competitors' actions;
  • Analysing, reporting and providing insights to the internal team;
  • Implementation of web pages: needs analysis, page design, results and performance analysis;
  • Newsletter marketing: planning, content preparation;
  • SEO implementation;
  • Helping colleagues: content preparation, presentation development, layout work;
Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing: Meta, Google Ads, SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), Google Analytics,
  • Facebook Business Manager, content marketing, and other online tools.
  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze market data, competitors, and market trends, and make strategic decisions based on the collected information.
  • Strategic thinking – ability to develop long-term marketing strategies that contribute to company growth and success.
  • Project management – ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully implement projects.
  • Teamwork skills – ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Results-oriented – ability to achieve specific, measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Creativity – you are creative and capable of proposing new advertising ideas.
  • Result-driven – focused on achieving targeted outcomes.
