We are looking for a proactive and responsible person to join our team and take on a strategic role – developing a catalyst purchasing unit in Morocco.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing the unit: from initial market contacts to organizing daily operations and ensuring results.
Location: Morocco (on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and developing the purchasing unit: implementing processes, organizing and supervising operations.
Identifying new clients, partners, and suppliers, and building long-term relationships.
Conducting negotiations and defining cooperation terms.
Managing the catalyst purchasing process: raw material evaluation, pricing, quality, and quantity control.
Ensuring administrative processes: data entry, report preparation, and working with CRM systems.
Conducting market analysis and monitoring the competitive environment; providing suggestions for performance improvement.
Building a team and delegating tasks.
Requirements
Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
French language – a strong advantage.
Category B driver’s license.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and build operations from scratch.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactiveness, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
Experience in sales, purchasing, or management – an advantage (preferred candidates).
