In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations locally, strengthening relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. We are looking for a person who can quickly understand the specifics of the local market, make independent decisions, and work effectively with various stakeholders. Industry: secondary raw materials procurement.
Work location – Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating the company’s operations and business development in the Uzbek market.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Conducting negotiations and coordinating commercial agreements.
Organizing team activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring work progress.
Analyzing market trends, the competitive environment, and new business opportunities.
Providing company management with relevant market information and recommendations.
Cooperating with local authorities and coordinating processes in accordance with the applicable requirements in Uzbekistan.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar management, business development, or operations coordination position – required.
Excellent spoken and written Russian.
Category B driving license.
Ability to quickly adapt to a new business and cultural environment.
Independence, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
Experience working with international partners or government institutions would be an advantage.
