Job Responsibilities:
Active search for and acquisition of new clients.
Contract preparation, negotiations, and expansion of the partner network.
In-person visits to clients, collection/loading of catalytic converters, and delivery to the warehouse.
Working with the CRM system and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
Experience in purchasing, sales, or management is an advantage.
Responsibility, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong Polish language skills (required).
Good English and/or Russian language skills.
Ability to live in and travel throughout Poland.
Category B driving license.
Willingness to learn and develop – the company is currently in a growth and establishment phase.
