We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator who will ensure the smooth organization of daily warehouse operations and effective management of processes. The main focus of this position will be on work organization, warehouse process control, and team coordination, while also contributing to the secondary raw materials purchasing process and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient execution of work processes.
Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks among warehouse employees.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and movement control of raw materials.
Organize the purchasing processes of secondary raw materials, including catalytic converters, metal scrap, and electronic scrap.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and contribute to identifying and developing new business partnerships.
Prepare export documentation and ensure a smooth export process.
Cooperate with other company departments to ensure efficient organization of operations.
Requirements
We expect you to:
Have experience in warehouse, logistics, or production operations management.
Be able to plan work, coordinate a team, and make decisions.
Have a Category B driving licence.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
Possess logical thinking and good computer skills.
Have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
Be responsible, independent, and results-oriented.
