Our partners in India are looking for a responsible, proactive, and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee catalyst purchasing operations, coordinate the team's work, and ensure the smooth management of day-to-day activities.
The position is based in Delhi, India.
This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership with active involvement in operational processes, including raw material procurement, client relationship management, market monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate, and oversee the branch's daily operations and business processes;
Plan and coordinate the team's workload, assign tasks, motivate employees, and monitor performance;
Supervise catalyst/raw material purchasing activities and ensure efficient procurement processes;
Maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new customers and business partners;
Monitor market trends, provide business insights, and identify new growth opportunities;
Ensure accurate data entry, prepare reports, and promote effective collaboration within the team.
Requirements
Proven experience managing a team or business unit;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Computer literacy and the ability to work with internal systems;
Valid Category B driving licence;
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a high sense of responsibility;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
