FE Team Lead (Lithuanian language is mandatory)

Job description
  • Build a modern web application with Vue 3 (Composition API) and TypeScript.
  • Build reusable code, shared libraries and components for the wider team.
  • Own frontend architecture decisions and long term direction.
  • Mentor, grow, and set yearly goals for a team of 4 software engineers.
  • Organise 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Core stack: Vite 7, Vue 3, TypeScript 5, vee-validate 4, TanStack Vue Query 5.
Requirements
  • Strong Vue 3 (Composition API) expertise.
  • Strong TypeScript expertise.
  • Solid CSS3 and CSS framework experience.
  • Experience writing automated tests (Playwright).
  • Experience mentoring or willing to lead engineering team.
  • Ability to turn complex problems into simple, maintainable solutions.
