Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management and Business Development: Managing existing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships; identifying and acquiring new customers, partners, and suppliers; conducting negotiations and preparing commercial offers; monitoring market conditions and making pricing decisions.
Purchasing Process Coordination: Organizing the receipt, assessment, and purchasing of materials; monitoring quality and quantities; maintaining documentation and entering data into the company’s system; ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures and company standards.
Logistics and Operations: Organizing logistics and coordinating export processes; overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material movement; managing stocktaking and inventory levels; ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Valid Category B driving licence.
