Blancomet Recycling IE Limited is a growing metal recycling and trading company operating in the international market. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive team member to join our team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Organizing the Director’s daily activities and providing administrative support
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars and appointments
Managing emails and phone communications
Coordinating office operations and administrative processes
Monitoring and analyzing metal prices and updating price lists
Recording and tracking purchased metals
Checking and controlling warehouse inventory levels
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Preparing, organizing, and archiving documents
Communicating with suppliers, customers, and business partners in English
Working with metal traders
Organizing metal sales and coordinating shipments
Arranging business travel (flights, accommodation, etc.)
Performing other administrative and organizational tasks related to company operations
Requirements
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
Full Category B driving licence
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Good computer skills (MS Office or similar software)
Previous experience in administration or executive assistance is an advantage
