Qlik Developer / Analyst

Job description
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Qlik Sense platform.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders, systems analysts, and end users to deliver informative and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • You will create Qlik Sense reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
  • You will design and implement data models within the Qlik platform.
  • You will write and optimise Qlik data load scripts.
  • You will develop and maintain ETL processes for data transformation.
  • You will write SQL queries and integrate data from databases such as SQL Server, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • You will analyse business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • You will improve existing reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance.
  • You will prepare technical documentation and user guides.
  • You will train and support end users working with Qlik tools.
  • You will participate in project planning and estimation together with the team.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau;
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of databases;
  • Good knowledge of data modelling principles, including star schema and snowflake schema;
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and turn them into BI solutions;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Good command of English (B2 level) for working with technical documentation.

Would be an advantage

  • Hands-on experience with Qlik tools and strong knowledge of the platform;
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis;
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
